Chef Umesh Singh
Born in Uttrakhand, Mr Singh has travelled & worked around the globe in some of the leading and reputed hotels & restaurants of the world. He started his culinary journey in 1998 and brings to the table quality delicacy. His passion for his job drives his potential and he also loves to experiment and create exquisite culinary treats for his guests. After working in India, Middle East & United States of America, Chef Umesh moved permanently to Canada in 2012 and since then, he has been actively engaging himself in creating and bringing International culinary experience to the guests.
